Over forty years of experience in kitchen installation means we have our process down to a fine art. We aim for minimal disruption and provide constructive communication at every touchpoint to keep you informed.

Project co-ordination
From the point that you sign your sales documentation and take your presentation folder home with you, you will be allocated a Customer Lead from within our Operations Department. Your Customer Lead will arrange a full home survey at which point accurate measurements will be taken. Any complications are fed back to the Operations team who will make contact if any alterations to your design are required.
With your design finalised and checked, your order is placed and you will receive a customer pack and delivery information. Any tradespeople for pre-works and installation are booked in to suit and our Installation Manager will go through the inventory with you to make sure you are happy with the plan.

Installation & sign-off
Our Operations team will be in contact throughout pre-works and installation to make sure the project is on schedule. Our thorough process and pro-active communication ensures your peace-of-mind every step of the way.
Once the fit is complete, our Installation Manager will visit and only obtain sign-off once they and you are completely satisfied that the job is done.

Are you a fitter?
We are always on the look out for talented and experienced fitters of kitchens, bedrooms, home offices and bathrooms. Whether you specialise in one of these, or multiple! Our fitted furniture can also extend throughout the home with media units or fitted hallway furniture for example. 5 years minimum fitting experienced required.
